Dr. Anil Gomber

Dr. Anil Gomber is a renowned Diabetologist and Internal Medicine specialist practicing in New Delhi. He holds the designation of Senior Consultant Diabetologist and serves as the medical director of the Gomber Medicare diabetic clinic in Vijay Nagar, Delhi.

He completed his MBBS in 1981, followed by a Diploma in Medical Radio-Diagnosis in 1984 and an MD in Medicine in 1987 from Rehman Medical College. Dr. Gomber further pursued fellowships in FIACM, FICP, FRSSDI, Fellow Endocrine, FRCP and a Diploma in Diabetology.

His clinical expertise encompasses diabetes management, diabetic diet counseling, rheumatic heart disease treatment, appendicitis care, anemia management, and general ENT checkups. He also provides services such as electrocardiography (ECG) and treats conditions like viral fever, while offering vaccination and immunization advice.

With over 45 years of overall experience, including 38 years as a specialist, Dr. Gomber consults at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital in Model Town, as well as at Vinayak Hospital, Max Hospital and Fortis Hospital in Shalimar Bagh. He is a past president of the Heart Associates Society and the Diabetic & Dietetic Research Society, and has held leadership roles in the Association of Physicians of India, Delhi State chapter. Dr. Gomber actively organizes national and international CMEs, has hosted conferences recognized by CSI, and is associated with global bodies like the IDF and ADA, frequently contributing to diabetes awareness programs in the media.
