His clinical focus includes breast cancer, head and neck cancers, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, liver tumors, urologic oncology, and thoracic oncology. He has performed surgeries at live workshops and championed cancer awareness and tobacco control for over 15 years.
Prior to Max Healthcare, he held Head of Department positions at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute (2004-2009), Apollo Hospital (2000-2004), and Batra Hospital (1995-1999). He is President-elect of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncologists and former President of the Indian Society of Oncology. He is a member of several professional bodies and has received the Young Scientist Award (1993) with numerous publications and presentations.
