Dr. Pallavi Rajhans

Dr. Pallavi Rajhans is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in South Delhi with extensive experience in managing a wide range of mental health conditions. She completed her MBBS from Patna Medical College in 2012 and obtained her MD in Psychiatry from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in 2018. She further strengthened her clinical and academic expertise during her Senior Residency at AIIMS Delhi.

Dr. Rajhans has special interest and advanced training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (certification from IACAM) and Perinatal Mental Health (certification from NIMHANS, Bengaluru). She integrates psychotherapy into her practice and is certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the Beck Institute, Philadelphia. Her clinical expertise spans anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, addiction, and insomnia across diverse age groups.

She has served as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, catering to the mental health needs of students and staff. Dr. Rajhans has multiple research publications and awards to her credit, including the prestigious Balint Award (2020) for excellence in the doctor–patient relationship. She is a member of the Indian Psychiatric Society and the Indian Association of Social Psychiatry.

Dr. Rajhans currently practices at Hoping Horizons Clinic in East of Kailash, Delhi, which she founded to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatry, psychology, and perinatal mental-health services in a supportive and inclusive environment. The clinic features a mother–child friendly corner to make mental-health care more accessible for new and expectant mothers.
