Dr. Sameer Gupta

Dr. Sameer Gupta is a US‑trained cardiologist who is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Echocardiography and Endovascular Intervention. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention (FSCAI).

He earned his MBBS from Devaraj URS Medical College, Kolar (2003) and completed his Diplomate of American Board of Internal Medicine (Internal Medicine) at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (2009). He obtained a Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease from the American Board of Internal Medicine (2012) and pursued further training in Vascular Medicine and Endovascular Intervention at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Dr. Gupta’s clinical expertise includes complex coronary interventions such as bifurcation stenting, left main stenting and chronic total obstruction treatments, as well as peripheral arterial and venous procedures, IVC filter placement and removal, and hemodialysis fistula angioplasty. He manages conditions like peripheral vascular disease, various cardiovascular conditions and septal defects (holes in the heart). With over 23 years of overall experience — 14 years as a specialist — he practices at MP Heart Clinic in Greater Kailash, Delhi and holds memberships in the American College of Cardiology, Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, Delhi Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
