Dr. Seema Theraja

Dr. Seema Theraja is a senior obstetrician and gynaecology consultant with over three decades of overall experience, including 30 years as a specialist. She is recognized for her expertise in managing normal and high‑risk pregnancies, performing deliveries and gynaecological surgeries, and providing preventive women’s health care.

She completed her MBBS and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. Dr. Theraja is a Gold Medalist (1984) and holds memberships in the Indian Medical Association, the Association of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Delhi, and the Delhi Medical Council.

Her clinical practice encompasses prenatal care, routine and laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries, intrauterine insemination, fertility treatments, ectopic pregnancy surgery, tubectomy, tubal ligation, and management of cervical cancer. She frequently addresses conditions such as high‑risk pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, cervical cancer and infertility.

Dr. Theraja consults at Apollo Cradle & Children’s Hospital in Moti Nagar, New Delhi, and also at Shradha ENT & Gynae Clinic. Her professional experience includes senior consultant roles at Apollo Cradle (2015‑2016) and previous consultant positions at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute and MGS Hospital. She is registered with the Delhi Medical Council (Registration No. 2468, 1998).
