Dr. Sunil Choudhary

Dr. Sunil Choudhary serves as Senior Director and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Max Institute of Reconstructive Aesthetic Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery (MIRACLES) at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi.

He completed MBBS from University of Delhi in 1991, MS in General Surgery from University of Delhi in 1995, and FRCS in Plastic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2000. He also holds accreditation in Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).

His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face and breast, rhinoplasty, and microsurgery, with particular interest in cleft and craniofacial reconstruction. He performs procedures such as rhinoplasty, hair transplantation, lip surgery, breast implantation, and various reconstructive surgeries.

With 35 years of overall experience, including 26 years as a specialist, Dr. Choudhary previously worked as an NHS consultant plastic surgeon in the UK at Canniesburn Hospital, Glasgow, and Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury, and completed a fellowship in plastic and microvascular surgery in Wellington, New Zealand. He is an international member of BAPRAS and ASPS, a life member of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the General Medical Council, UK. He has received multiple awards, including the Max Healthcare Excellence Award for Best Surgical Innovation (2017) and the Leading Luminary Award from the Wound Care Academy (2013).
